Where can I find CARA Quick?	You will find a new version of this service at Hunecke Consult.
How do I order an update?	You may order an update directly at our online shop (main menu item "Order Now"). For this, however, your previous CARA version has to be registered at our customers database.
Does CARA also run on a Mac computer?	No, but you may use a Windows emulator (e.g. Virtual PC 4.0), however, CARA will run relatively slow.
Does an English version of CARA exist?	Yes, CARA is bilingual (English and German) from Rel. 2.0.
Does CARA also support sloping ceilings?	Yes, sloping ceilings are supported by CARA from Rel. 2.0.
When is my loudspeaker supported by CARA?	CARA offers all loudspeaker manufacturers worldwide to join the 'Project CARA'. The integration of a specific loudspeaker into the Cara loudspeaker database depends only on manufacturer's decision. We offer a free of charge service to all manufacturers for creating their CARA loudspeaker models and including them into the CARA loudspeaker database! Please ask your loudspeaker manufacturer when your loudspeakers will be supported by CARA. Alternatively, you may choose a similar loudspeaker model from the 'Generic Loudspeakers' contained in CARA. The calculation results with a generic loudspeaker model are less accurate than using a original loudspeaker model. Additionally, CARA (from Rel. 1.1) includes a Loudspeaker Editor which enables you to customize your loudspeakers.
Can I customize my loudspeaker in CARA?	Yes, CARA (from Rel. 1.1) includes a Loudspeaker Editor for customizing loudspeakers. For further information please also visit the LS-Forum.
Can I use room designs of other users?	Yes, you may copy the desired *.CAD file of the other user into the CARA CAD subfolder '...\CAD' on your computer, but your CARA release number has to compatible (equal or higher) to that of the other user. For this, please also read the following hints.
Is there a printed user manual for CARA?	No, but CARA contains detailed online help, which can be printed out. Additionally, we also want to draw your attention to the new CARA Training CD which guides you at full length through all essential CARA design steps.
